Agreement
By accessing carolinafieldclub.com or joining the founding waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Pre-launch status
CFC is in a founding / pre-launch phase. Membership tiers, pricing, hours, and amenities described on the site may change before opening. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of availability, acceptance, or final pricing until confirmed in writing at launch.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not create a binding membership or obligation to pay. We may contact you about founding access, property walks, and launch details. You may request removal from the waitlist at any time.
Accounts & acceptable use
Member accounts are personal. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and not misuse the site or interfere with other members, staff, or dogs on the grounds.
Dog care & liability
Dog care involves inherent risks. Separate membership, liability, and waiver agreements will apply at enrollment. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service for any dog that is not a fit for our grounds or member pack.
Payments
When billing begins, payments will be processed by Stripe subject to their terms. Founding rates communicated at launch will govern unless otherwise agreed in your membership agreement.
